Through this joint mission, one of the leading European providers in the field of data and artificial intelligence (AI) is created, driving the development of AI technologies in Europe. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>

The joint path marks a strategic step toward the future: both companies bring key building blocks for the development of Agentic AI and combine them into an expanded portfolio in which data, AI, digital engineering, and e-commerce merge into holistic solutions.
